I've had a wonderful experience with Chem-Dry. They worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring all stains, dirt, and debris were removed, leaving the carpet looking brand new. Furthermore, Amy was more than happy to explain the cleaning process and machinery. She also answered all my questions, gave me cleaning tips, and recommended some cleaning products. 10/10 - Would do business with Chem-Dry again.

They cleaned our very large cream-coloured fabric sectional which had accumulated quite a few stains over 5 years with small kids. They did a very thorough job, and I can now get another few years out of my sofa before replacing it. I will definitely be using them again. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.
